Water costs and Sunrise Power Project

Are you aware that the City of San Diego is converting its water treatment process to Ultra Violet Light? This will reduce the amount of chlorine used but it will use a LOT of electricity. Have you questioned why they are doing this?

Also, re the Sunrise Powerlink project, they have given a cost of something like $1.7 billion for 170 mile powerline. That's $10 million per mile. If there are 10 towers per mile, that's a million dollars per tower. That sounds rediculous!
