Join us at City Hall at 1:30 PM at 202 C Street on Monday, January 24 to express your outrage over our ridiculous water and sewer rates. We are asking victims of SPUD, (the San Diego Public Utility Department) to bring a signed potato to the hearings. And if you can't make it, we'll bring one for you!
