Resolution Adopted by the Board of Directors

On the occasion of the conclusion of the service which Kim Malcolm has rendered to utility consumers through her role as Executive Director of the Utility Consumers Action Network, and in recognition of her thorough, principled, and tireless efforts as a career staff member and Administrative Law Judge with the California Public Utilities Commission, following which she served as Executive Director of Community Energy Services Corporation and now as Executive Director of UCAN, the Board of Directors, following discussion, and upon motion duly made and seconded, adopts the following resolution:
Resolved, the Utility Consumers Action Network the Board thanks Kim Malcolm for her many efforts and service rendered to UCAN at the time she was Executive Director and expresses the admiration and gratitude which UCAN staff, officers and directors hold for her work on behalf of and contributions to UCAN.
Further Resolved, the staff, officers and directors of UCAN wish Kim Malcolm continuing success experiences in such endeavors as she may undertake in continuing her service to California utility consumers.
