"Spin-Speak" is what San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E), and its holding company, Sempra, have been spewing out to the public for years.

Sempra’s carefully crafted statements are designed to sound like one thing, but mean another. What we’ve found is that much of what Sempra says and does is carefully calculated to confuse.
