What is the Maximum charge for internet access. What is deemed excessive. The example of $300.00 for 1 minute is obvious. How about being charged for consecutive minutes? Example: PCS Data access 9:06 am; 9:07 am; 9:08 am... A bad connection or poor service will also result in this charge pattern. Will Sprint be able to charge more for providing bad service? The menu system for downloading Music clearly states that a $2.99 charge for each song chosen will be assessed. The other services I am being billed for do not give this information. I got hit with charges for a variety of largely unknown and/or unknowable services. What is PCS Data Servicve info(must pay for), and what is hardware based information (part of the phone e.g. time date, etc.)is not clear to the average consumer.
