As snipped from the Sprint *Equipment Service & Repair Program Contract*
From page one of Sprint's PDF:
We’ll repair the malfunctioning Sprint device — or replace it with the same or a comparable model. Repair or replacement is made at our option.
From page two Sprint's PDF:
THERE IS NO ASSURANCE, REPRESENTATION, OR WARRANTY THAT ANY REPLACEMENT EQUIPMENT WILL BE IDENTICAL OR OFFER THE SAME FUNCTIONALITIES AS THE ITEM BEING REPLACED.
Ok, these two lines contract each other. Lets not worry about the camera or any other signifcant reason I purchased a particular model over the lowest-end featureless phone...lets just say that I bought a basic dual mode phone that can be used off of Sprint's CDMA network and they sent me a CDMA *ONLY* phone. That is hardly a comparaable model.
