UCAN is a San Diego-based consumer advocacy and education non-profit corporation. We aren't selling anything....other than useful information to empower informed consumerism. (See: Our Mission)

Our Mission
Teleconsumer.com is a free public education service created and maintained by the Utility Consumers' Action Network (UCAN) . UCAN designed this site to assist American consumers with asserting their rights in dealing with various telecommunications services (telephone, wireless phone, broadband internet, VoIP, etc.).
Our website offers tools, guides, and news to empower consumers and their attorneys to enforce their rights and get a fair deal from telecommunications companies. Oh....and to also have some fun in the process.
