Sprint Pioneer Customers Mischarged

Sprint Pioneer Plan

I understand more about the Sprint Pioneer plan. When they changed the billing, I got a .35 cent charge on the phone and I called Sprint and they were to take the charge of the phone. That never happened and in October 8-2008 Sprint decided to turn of the plan I had with them. I only use the phone while guests are in town and now two years later I found this out. I have called Mr Stan Styzert with Sprint, but the issue is not resolved. According to him, there is nothing Sprint can do for me. I have the family plan with Sprint and need to decide on either stay with Sprint, as I have since 1997 or go somewhere else. I am not on a contract with Sprint right now. What do you suggest for me to do?

Sprint to terminate Free and Clear 0 plan

I received a letter in the mail from Sprint that they are planning to start charging a monthly fee of $29.99 for the Free and Clear 0 plan that currently has no monthly fee, and is a replacement for the Sprint Pioneer plan that was originally offered to have no monthly fee for life. Clearly Sprint is reneging on the terms of the original offer. I will be contacting Sprint objecting to this, but if UCAN can represent the customers in the same situation, that would clearly have more clout.

Is there any ongoing UCAN action on this?

My suggestion is you should let the UCAN Fraud Squad help. Fill out an online complaint form and one the Fraud Squad team members will assist you with your Pioneer Plan issue.

Sprint Pioneer Charges

I am a Pioneer customer. #619-602-1413 and I am being charged an Administration Fee and Regulatory Fee as well as something called a PUC User Fee of a penny.

I have had several conversations with Sprint but no one can understand that they switched me to something called the 'Free and Clear Plan' without my consent.

Basically I've gotten nowhere - got any advice?

Thanks

Any progress on this?

Any progress on this? Should I pay it just so my account is not overdue until we can all get together and get Sprint to follow the contract?

Sprint Pioneer Plan

My Sprint Pioneer Phone bill shows I'm being charged $0.75 Administrative Charge, a Regulatory Charge of $0.20, a "Federal-Univ Serv Assess Non-LD of $0.02 and a California State-PUC User Fee of $0.01 for a total of $0.98 exclusive of Government Fees & Taxes.

I have exchanged four email contacts with Sprint and they insist they are going to continue the charges.

Thanks for your help

SPRINT PIONEER CUSTOMERS

UCAN has been in contact with Sprint regarding these charges on Pioneer Plan customers' bills. You should be receiving a credit for the past charges. It is UCAN's position that these charges violate Sprint's Pioneer plan offer. UCAN will be monitoring this issue and we would appreciate all Pioneer customers keeping us appraised of credits received and any other future charges.

Pioneer Contract

I have just received my latest statement - the charges are still there and there has been no credit applied

Thanks
