False Ad by Tmobile Internet
Tmob advertised pamplet fast 4G internet-rocket 2.0, called if service was available in area. Tmob rep said yes. Also walked in to Tmob store and said yes service is available. Signed 2yr contract for service. After installing stick into USB in my laptop; connection was extremely slow and between every 15-30 minutes got disconnected from internet. After 2 wks on complaints with Tmob help desk, theay informed me that that had someone check the area and cannot offer 100% service. Connection could be slow and or become disconnected. Also said I could get out of contract & return web stick. Unacceptible becuae I contacted previous internet provider/was on promotion for 19.99 and if I would like service now it cost more$$/now 49.99 + install fees & would have to pay for rental for the modem. It would cost me more to go back to previous provider. Can I sue Tmobile for the new charges to go back for install fee & additional charges? Why did they not tell me upront service was not available 100%? They/tmob provided that information two weeks later, after I had my previous provider disconnect my internet service. CLEAR & AT&T told me upfront that they could not provide internet due to low signal problems, why would tmob not tell me this upfront...is this a good case?
AT & T says I don't have the insurance I bought
Purchased a $400 phone at Radio Shack and then went to AT&T store to sign up for insurance on the phone. The guy entered it into the computer. Fine. Then my daughter breaks the phone this week and AT& T claims I did not put insurance on the phone. The sales guy must not have enetered it into the computer. They never offer a receipt or print out after they make changes int he computer. Do I have any recourse at all? The district manager was extremely rude. I told her to check the security tapes and see that I was at the store that day. She claims she did which I do not believe. Any help is appreciated; thanks!
