insurance fraud

I've been making my payments regularily on my insurance policy. They then said i had overpayed on my premiums. They started refunding the overpayments to me. then when i checked to see about my coverage they told me i had no insurance.I believe they must have misapropriated my funds for payment over the years. How can i get help to resovle this problem?

HOA issue

A 55+ Senior Community has an issue with the board with regards to a bus service that has been in effect for 25 years. The bus transports seniors to local grocery shopping, and regular shopping. The community has about 2500 people and out of these 122 or so use the bus because it is their only means to shop. The people who ride the bus are very independent and so not require assisted living. The bus is part of the CC&R's. The board decided to form a committee to research other means for the bus riders to do their shopping. All of which cost money and the bus riders already pay association dues which includes this transportation. A board member has even stated that younger retires are purchasing homes now and maybe these older bus riders should move to assisted living. I believe part of the issue that was presented last year in discussions was that if a new bus was purchased it would have to accommodate the disabled/handicap. They decided last year to just fix the old bus because the accoomodation would not be required. The old bus has had it and the riders are fearful to ride it now. These seniors are not wealthy, so is their an attorney that would be willing to help them that would cost them zero.
