re: warranty

file a lawsuit!!!

Dealer sold me a 3rd party extended warranty

I purchased a used vehicle early this year from the dealership. I purchased a ($825.00) 3yrs/36,00 miles extended warranty. After 2 months the warranty company had still not received payment so that they can activated my service contract. I contacted the dealership and the owner told me that the saleman who sold me the warranty is no longer working there. He said that that he could sign me up with a 3rd party warranty company that he uses. After carefully review at a later day I found out that the warranty that he signed me up for was only ($400,00) for 6months/6K miles. After I found this out I called the owner back and told him & he said that I was nolonger welcome on his dealership lot. Is there something that I can do to have them extended my warranty to the original 3yrs/36k Miles?
