not sure

ok, im not sure if you can help me, but my name is ashley clem, and i
went through the service of boost mobile, Big mistake, i had bought 3
phones in about a month they all broke, i tried to return them and they
couldnt do it , soo i had to keep payin 107 dollars each time to get a
new phone, if thats not bad enough my mom looked at the receipt and it
said that one of the men that sold me one of the phones charged me only
22 dollars, soo he pocketed the money. My mother called the sprint
store and filed a complaint, and they said they would look in to it, that
was at the end of october and we havent heard anything back, i spent
over 321 dollars that is now gone and i still dont have a phone.. i wasnt
even able to have a phone for a month..i want to know what i can do..
The lady that was representing for sprint said there was a chance i
might get my money back, I hope you can help me, I decided to try this
before i have to get the court involved.. thank you for your time..
