[1]UCAN News [2]: A recent decision found that both Cox Communications and AT&T illegally lobbied advisors to CPUC Commissioners in an ongoing case involving UCAN. Both compaines were fined (albeit lightly) for "ex parte" communications. Hopefully the development represents a sea change, as phone companies have been acting with impunity at the CA Public Utilities Commission. Read the decision [3].
