Editor's Note: In recent months, SDG&E's poorly maintained power lines and transformers have plunged commercial and residential districts into darkness and have been blamed for forcing 300,000 San Diego residents to flee their homes. It is worth noting that rather than fix its decaying network, SDG&E seeks to build the focus-group-named "Sunrise Powerlink" to import more power into San Diego. SDG&E has made false statements about the necessity of the Sunrise Transmission Project, by declaring false energy emergencies that were caused by faulty transformers in order to stir up support for uneccessary project. UCAN has always been a premiere source of information on consumers’ rights and the dissemination of corporate shenanigans most outlets miss completely… (Though in all fairness, Sempra/SDGE is probably phenomenally more corrupt than most, and have plenty of smoke and mirrors at their disposal.) I have been a great fan of your work since I first ran across your publication (the Watchdog as well as your revamped website)…but even I didn’t think you could entertain AND educate as you did with this comic piece!
I hope, for the sake of your readership, you continue to refine, surprise and engage the readership. And if you can do so by adding an edge of levity to the whole endeavor, then so much the better! (And as a bit of a comic connoisseur myself, kudos for the twist by using the 3D angle!)

Wow this is amazing im a computer grafix guy but this will take me about 6 days to make . But it should star your employes ive seen to much of the head huncho bring out the people who made this comic book. They should be shown if i was u Mr.Shames i would put your hard working stuff in the day light...
