UCAN needs to shut Down Pacific Home Remodeling & Sungate Energy
Beware of scams by Pacific home Remodeling and Sungate Energy Solutions formerly American home craft. Both companies are nothing but lies and sell products at four times the going rate with high pressure sales tactics. Most of their in home reps are not licensed and home owners should not even let them in the door. The reason most are not licensed is because turn over is so high and the process to get licensed takes months plus half the people wouldn't pass a back round check. The biggest joke is that they can only finance $25,000 through GE so they sell six and eight panel solar systems which will not do shit telling customers it will wipe out a $300 bill haha. Unfortunately most customers are happy for the first year because of the confusing net metering where it looks like they do not have a bill until the annual true up period comes around.
Bottom line never buy anything over $10 on the first visit no matter how good the deal seams. Do your research and always get more than one bid always!

This is pathetic, after watching this video I became sick to my stomach. I have had several jobs done by Best Windows and Doors, and I only received positive results from their window company. I have then saved thousands of dollars in energy costs by remodeling my home and using Best Windows and Doors . My home stays warm in the winter and very cool in the summer. I always thought Ucan was a joke, Non-profit, I'm sure. Mike Chavez had no intentions on ripping off the public, but with the falling of the economy. This was bound to happen. How many companies have gone out of business since 2008? And why is Best Windows and Doors a target? Again I have no complaints for the work I had received on my home. And would choose Mike Chavez's company again in the future. Also, I would like to conclude that in the beginning of all of this non-sense I remember seeing on the news that Mike Chavez had millions and millions of dollars hidden, and had taken that from the public and in your recent video it says $62,000. Wow, all of this over 62,000 not the millions Ucan claimed before. So next time get your facts straight, and stop posting all of this horrible news about Mike Chavez that is not even true. In the end the truth will come out and Ucan will become known as the face of fraud.
