I also found similar information on pdfok search and even downloaded a couple of reviews from there. This dealer should be named Shady Toyota instead of Mossy. That is an awful? way to treat a customer. All they had to do was to put him in another car and send that car to a wholesaler. That is standard practice when they get cars not up to the standards of a reputable car dealer. I think the greed factor and poor management is the root of this trouble. SHAME ON MOSSY TOYOTA!!!!
