Gasoline prices set new record, average retail price jumps 17¢ in one week

UCAN's Gas Project at www.fueltracker.com is reporting an average gas price this morning of $4.07 a gallon, up ten cents in the last 48-hours. Currently, gas prices are at all time record levels for any February in U.S. history, including the Year 2008, when prices spiked to an all-time record high of $4.64 a gallon.
