Prices are plummeting, yet refineries are selling their gas for less than the cost of oil and losing money on every gallon. Is it because of "LIFO" accounting, as in Last In, First Out, or is is it LIFO as in "Lower In Fear of Obama," with the hope his administration doesn't take steps to break our addiction to foreign oil?
