Was UCAN duped or just unawares by linking to sewerrebate site?

Wanting to know how the "Sewer Rebate" affects me I clicked on the link.  The page it took me was a dead end.  That is, unless I wanted to call a plumbing related service or buy a web domain name.  What is there is a full page of advertising links with no discernable link to the actual information the initial link indicated.  I usually expect UCAN to be straight forward and provide the facts.  And I can understand the need to suppliment the organization's funds with commercial partners, but when it become so blatently a diversion to advertising one must question UCAN's decision.  Maybe a review of conditions these partners have to gain access to UCAN.org's site is due.
