Senior homeowners, 55 or older, may be eligible for installation of a free smoke alarm, according to San Diego County's Aging & Independence Services (AIS). Vist the Senior Smoke Alarm Program website for more information, or call the Burn Institute at (858) 541-2277. This program is for seniors who reside in San Diego County.

At least you should have less sensitive detectors in the kitchen, that when you cook it doesnt go ON.
