Check out all contractors with the State Contractors Licensing Board, at www.bbb.org, and do a keyword Internet search using the company name and complaints. You will be better prepared to make wise decisions. Do not let anyone force you into signing any papers without having had the chance to fully read what you're being asked to sign. The mark of a company with totally honest intentions might be to tell the salesperson you must show the paper work to your attorney first and watch the reaction.
