Contracts
I signed three contracts, as did the dealership. What is the word Contract, if they are not to be binding. anyway, the three contracts signed were as listed: 1. Retail Certificate of Sale
2. Vehicle Cash Purchase Agreement
3. Retail Installment Contract and Security Agreement
The next day, the dealership calls me and tells me that the loan needs to be re-written, put in someone elses name, and I will need an additional 500 on top of the 1000 I already gave them. They told me if I couldn't do this that I needed to return the jeep or they would pick it up.
Do I have any rights to tthe jeep at this point?
