In this long-awaited, 16-month review of SDG&E's ever-changing Sunrise Transmission Project, UCAN's experts show how SDG&E made false statements to regulators, knowingly misled public advocates about the economics of the project, and intentionally withheld vital documents that should have been made public. UCAN also will explain why its alternative proposal to Sunrise will cost only a fraction of the $7 billion that SDG&E is asking for from ratepayers.
