Sunrise Powerlink Data Requests

UCAN has been the most
active party in this proceeding. Its team of experts have submitted
numerous data requests of SDG&E, the CAISO and other parties in
their search of the real story behind the Powerlink and the alleged
needs for this $1.3 billion investment.

 

SDG&E is obligated to post all parties data requests and their responses. You can find this information posted at http://www.sdge.com/sunrisepowerlink/discovery.shtml.

 

Use
both this web page as well as SDG&E's discovery page to keep track
of what information has been sought and provided. UCAN expects to
complete its report on the Sunrise proposal sometime in May 2007.
