SDG&E's rate proposal bad for consumers

UCAN News

10News Story on Renting Solar

SDG&E proposed rate increases are insane and unfair. What can we DO about it? I don't know if anyone saw the 10News clip on Victoria's Station, but they ran a feature on "renting" solar to avoid rate increases all together. Has anyone heard anything about Citizenre or RethinkSolar.info?

Why are rates going up faster than inflation?

A 4.4% increase? I don't get it. Why are electric rates rising faster than the rate of inflation?
