Sprint Pioneer Charges
I am a Pioneer customer. #619-602-1413 and I am being charged an Administration Fee and Regulatory Fee as well as something called a PUC User Fee of a penny.
I have had several conversations with Sprint but no one can understand that they switched me to something called the 'Free and Clear Plan' without my consent.
Basically I've gotten nowhere - got any advice?

Any progress on this? Should I pay it just so my account is not overdue until we can all get together and get Sprint to follow the contract?
Sprint Pioneer Plan
My Sprint Pioneer Phone bill shows I'm being charged $0.75 Administrative Charge, a Regulatory Charge of $0.20, a "Federal-Univ Serv Assess Non-LD of $0.02 and a California State-PUC User Fee of $0.01 for a total of $0.98 exclusive of Government Fees & Taxes.
I have exchanged four email contacts with Sprint and they insist they are going to continue the charges.

SPRINT PIONEER CUSTOMERS
UCAN has been in contact with Sprint regarding these charges on Pioneer Plan customers' bills. You should be receiving a credit for the past charges. It is UCAN's position that these charges violate Sprint's Pioneer plan offer. UCAN will be monitoring this issue and we would appreciate all Pioneer customers keeping us appraised of credits received and any other future charges.

I have just received my latest statement - the charges are still there and there has been no credit applied
