Water Bill Disputes

Let us know if you have received an incorrect water bill that you wish to dispute. To do so, fill out the complaint form (link on home page) and provide as much informaton as you can.  We also recommend that you scan or fax the bills the same day you e-mail the complaint form to 619-696-7477.  Thanks.
