CCA's Criminal Harassment Coupled With Threats

I was harassed earlier this hour by a collection agent from CCA of 1670 Market St.,Suite 108 Redding, CA 96001, who acted unprofessionally against me by hanging up on me.

In fact I attempted to speak with a supervisor and instead received another mentally retarded flunky who chose to ignore my commands to connect me with a supervisor and instead kept playing with the phone leaving loud prolonged noises, choosing to ignore my commands for a supervisor or the Chief executive Officer, and even hanging up on me, even threatening to call the police on me.

For the record, I have the right to say whatever I want, whenever I want, wherever I want, however I want, to whomever I want, especially if someone calls me out of the blue to demand money from me.

And for another, I see that CCA have decided to demand payment on a fraudulent debt assessed by AT&T/SBC after they committed several acts of fraud, bad faith, and breach of contract, all in their habitual and fraudulent disconnections of service during 2005 and 2006.

When AT&T illegally and fraudulently disconnected me they committed a criminal act themselves, and thus they forfeited their privilege to collect on that account.

And if CCA continue to pursue me in the effort to seek collection for this false debt I will pursue my own criminal action against that company for fraud and for criminal harassment.

And if CCA attempt ANY legal action against me I will file a lawsuit against that company that is guaranteed to render your company bankrupt.

Before CCA proceed any further they are to step back and consider the real problem---which is rude crude and unprofessional agents who instead of connecting me to superior officers within the company (as it is common knowledge that I have the right to speak with ANY superior employee within ANY company especially one that calls me out of the blue to seek payment for a fraudulent matter that the company seeking that payment forfeited thier privilege to collect with their bad faith and breach of contract).

Admittedly I have had anger management problems throughout my life and when someone refuses to connect me to a superior employee or even continues hanging up on me, playing with the phone, and even threatening ME with prosecution all because I am innocently demanding to speak with a superior employee and tell them that their client is never going to get paid for that account---that becomes an aggravator.

Corrupt companies like CCA deserve to be shut down and their employees jailed and bankrupted. Nuff said.

You're putting your thumb on

You're putting your thumb on a very serious subject: treat people as you wish to be treated. This equilibrium should be everywhere but unfortunately people can't coexist with other inferior or superior to them. I have always looked up at smarter people and respected them for their life experience and never disrespected the unfortunate ones because I realize that's how I'm seen by others superior to me. But I'm only one and there are so many people who should learn this lesson.

Agreed

The same things have hapopened to me, I however was Illegaly Debited from my Bank Account and faught the charge. My Bank awarded me the money back when CCA refused to cooperate with them. Email me if you plan on doing anything and would like help because it seems individuals dont have any sway in this istuation.

The same thing happened to

The same thing happened to me except they have been debiting my account for over a year totaling around 1,000! Can we start a class action suit already? Does anyone else have a similar situation. I'd bet collectively we could take them out.

Same thing happened to me

Please someone out there contact me regarding this CCA company. I don't even know where to begin on telling about them. My rights have been violated by them and i need someone to help me. thanks k.sargent1 [at] my [dot] mcintoshcollege [dot] edu

Know your rights. Own your rights.

FCRA. Look it up. Read it. CCA's treatment of you is not legal, whether or not the debt they are attempting to collect is. Look them up online. See if anyone in their company has an email address. Send email to their webmaster (webmaster@(insert website name here).com.

But, Brian, I will caution you to leave your anger in your closet. You can be firm in your requests, but treat them as you want to be treated. Remember, they mostly deal with deadbeats. Normal folk are outside their comfort zone.

Additionally, if you have formally (in writing) disputed the charges with the original company, then CCA has no jurisdiction to collect. The transfer of the account to them is in violation of the FCRA.

Know your rights. Own your rights.
