RE: son-in-law
hey that sucks it states in his contract that at any time he end his contract sprint can carie the contract tell that decid to end at any time. there for accuring late fees as well as reg charges. You need to find out exacty the day he sighned contact. then reactvate phones if morethat 1 phone he can modify the contract without acuring ETF) early termation fees by telling them he wants to get read of that extra phone. thet he can put the phone in a suspended states. he will be chared a fee of $7 month. but it is alot better then ETF and monthly/lates fees. make sure next time he signs a contact he reads it more that once to fully understand. they trouh loop holes. if he is in a N states witch means not able to react he can get a huge discount all ETF waved or 40% up to if he goes to pay the full bal and tells them he is in a hardship he will get more discount. hope every thig work out better. take care.
