free lotto

I too got suckered by free lotto - the only way I could get them to stop charging my card was to cancel my card completely. Since then they've sent me emails every day with fake checks etc...I've been keeping it all in the hopes that some how we'll all be able to get together to sue them - for fraudulent advertising alone - but today I got a similar email and listed under it was 'your FreeBets' for today - although I never ususlly even look at this, for some reason today I checked the numbers and as it turns out my numbers matched all six numbers of three of the 6 listed lotteries - I sent the info to the prize claims dept and received the following response:
******************quote****************************
"We received your prize claim of Jul 15, 2008 17:01:28, but it is
being declined since you did not play FreeLotto and therefore did
not submit the winning entry.

We see that you registered for FreeLotto on Feb 13, 2008 20:08:19, but have
not played. In order to win any prizes from FreeLotto you must
play FreeLotto in accordance with the official rules of FreeLotto."
******************unquote***************************

The irony is that in order to register you actually have to fill out what numbers you'd like to play or let the system choose for you - you cannot complete registering without doing this - they've been sending me my daily numbers ever since - but apparently now I "have not played"

Please please please send us a lawyer to sue FreeLotto and stop them from taking advantage of people - they have to be stopped and we have to find a way to do it!!!!
