about free lotto scam

hya my name is kirsty, i played free lotto and i won some money but ive tried to claim it and havent got anywhere i gave them my bank details and they keep taking money out of my account but im sure somwhere on the free lotto site it said if you win money it automatically goes straight into your account and ive only just realised now that its a scam i havent recieved nothing off them ive emailed them loads and loads of times n got nowhere so now ive had to close my bank account down so they cant take anymore money off me they are proper frauds and i tell you what anall if the scammers are reading this if you send people emails saying they have won money you should post them a check or phone them why would you want everyones addresses and phone numbers to probably black list them by getting loans with other peoples details probably why alot of people are blacklisted and they dont have a clue why ill tell you another thing anall ive kept every single email they have sent me for proof that they have sed to me that i have checks pending for certain amounts of money and that i have to claim it before a certain date well ive tried that nowt happens rightfullt that money is mine n i want it theyve taken money from my account and sed i have won it so end of the day they owe me now and if i dont hear nothing from them im getting my solicitor involved coz to me its alright for them to take money from people but not to give them whats owed to them it makes me so angry it really does i dont have much money as it is and i cancelled with freelotto but they still took money out of my account its appaling and i want somthing done about it people want the money that they have won certainly i do i hope somone does somthing about this coz i have tried my best.
