Liberty Wireless used to provide good service until an "upgrade" that began June 22 and remains incomplete. Because of these "improvements," every manner of checking your usage has been ELIMINATED. Then the company accuses you of going over your monthly allotment, and charges you overage fees. This despite the proud proclamation, "no overage fees," right on the banner of their website!
The no-longer-available ability to check usage online, on your cell or using a landline is among the many features still fraudulently touted on the company's website to entice new customers.
Unbelievable!
