SPRINT wireless overcharges
From the time we first began our contract with SPRINT we opted out of the web related features including text messaging, etc. Yet repeatedly we find charges for text messages sent to us.
Aside from the fact that these messages come to us by mistake, we shouldn't be billed for a service we refused repeatedly. When I spot the charge on the billing statement and contact SPRINT customer support we are led to believe it won't happen again, still it does. I suspect it is a widespread problem with SPRINT using the errors as a valued revenue stream.
