Hal took my case
Hal Rosner@ Rosner & Mansfield auto fraud legal center initially took my case. Then, it was passed on to Greg Babbit in the same firm. He structured a settlement that i signed and returned. I heard nothing for a while. Then, in the mail, I got a new settlement offer that was addressed to Mr. Singeman, the man who defraud me. It was essentially the same contract, but when I questioned the new one, I was told to sign it or find a new attorney.
So, I am looking for a new attorney, and I get this email from Greg Babbit reiterating the fact that I should find a new attorney if I don't sign the contract, because it is essentially everything I have asked for.
It leaves out the repairs I have paid for, the amount of the refund of the down payment is not specified. I wanted those terms included. Not going to happen according to Mr. Babbit.
Hal Rosner "works" for this site and I am pretty disappointed in the outcome of all of this.
