Mona Shaw did to her cable and phone company what many of us only fantasize about ... According to the Washington Post and ABC News, on August 13, Mona became so outraged with her cable company's customer service that she visited her local Comcast office and took out her frustrations by smashing the company's computer and phone equipment with a hammer.
Unfortunately, Mona is not alone - there is even a Website by the name of "ComcastMustDie," but if you live in San Diego, there is a solution: You can invoke the protection of the UCAN Fraud Squad. Our staff attorney says we can probably help comcast victims in the rest of the state of California, too.
We started the Fraud Squad in 1998, with a special utility dispute hotline for San Diego residents. If you are a UCAN member, you don't need to resort to violence. Just file your complaint and let us do the dirty work. Our expert staff specializes in dealing with utilities, but we are also trained to offer dispute resolution advice and complaint referrals for hundreds of the most common consumer gripes.
That way you can leave your hammer at home and stay out of jail, too.
