AT&T is a nightmare

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

1) Sold me a modem "known to be defective" by them, this modem is horrible and sparks and turns itself off an on by itself all day! Watch out for the 2Wire modem unless you want your house to possibly catch on fire.

2) I have dozens of speed test results clearly indicating that my Internet speeds are BELOW the legal limit for the DSL package that I am paying for. I am paying for "High Speed" Internet yet getting dial up results.

3) I have been transfered from one department to another and back again for up to 5 hours in one day alone. Their customer service staff is ridiculous.

4) They continue to bill me full price for my DSL package yet I have called them non stop for over a year and a half complaining about my lack of speed and connection issues.

5) Every time they send a "tech support" representative to my house, they tell me the modem is defective (again) and have replaced this piece of crap 4 times in a short year and a half! They also told me that the "service wires" that AT&T owns and is responsible for maintaining outside my house were all "rotten and eroded" and had to be replaced!

6) I have been hung up repeatedly dozens of times over the past year and a half for simply asking to speak with a supervisor or asking the customer service rep for their name. They are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with.
