If you have continued to make payments on the full/unlimited plan even though the actual phone was replaced, I would like to suggest that you write a certified return/receipt requested letter to the company disputing the redundant charges. Send a copy of the letter to your state's Public Utilities Commission and file an online complaint with your state's Public Utilities Commission.
Go to Consumer Tools on our website for a guide to a suitable dispute letter. Provide your account number, billing address and state the problem clearly and succinctly. State the proof and your analogy for the dispute and then state the remedy you want. Most importantly, make sure to include the request for a written response by a date certain.
