Financial issues are

Financial issues are controversial today because of the drowning economic standard. I recommend you read this article I found on the payday loan blog at PersonalMoneyStore.com. It talks about how frugal financing can help with better budgeting and relieve some of your financial tension. Poor spending habits rob you of more things than you can possibly imagine. Get away from the cycle of late payments, a payday loan, and debt by implementing a financial strategy that is both practical and realistic. Create a budgeting plan that will suit your needs and still allow progressive financial growth of your net worth. This financial strategy will bring you more financial freedom and a rock solid budget to live off of. update on DomainUSA

my parents have fallen for this, but really *i think* somewhere on the letter in tiny fine print it says "this is an offer letter for services". theyre not trying to trick you into stealing your domain i dont think ,just trying to trick you into switching registrars. heres they want $25/yr, really its more like $10 with any legit registrar.

Update on Domain USA with phone #

I noticed that my SCAM letter actually includes a phone number now (I guess someone there is reading that people aren't mailing $$ in cause it didn't have a phone #).

Would this make it part of wire fraud too (in addition to postal fraud)? Hmm....

The number listed under their address is:
1-800-217-1826 (answering machine says it's Domain Name USA)
"Thank you for calling Domain Name USA. If you know your party's extension please enter it now. For sales press 1, for customer service press 2, for billing press 3."

But then a recording pops on saying that they have a high call volume, so no extension really works. This part says "Due to unusual call volume all customer service representatives are assisting other customers. If you've recently received a registration notice, please be sure to send any registration notice with payment by the date due indicated on the letter. Thank you. Have a nice day."
