Did SDG&E's power lines start the fires?

At least four of the last twenty largest forest fires in California history have been caused by electrical powerlines. It appears that some of the worst fires in last week's firestorm were created in part by SDG&E powerlines.  The fact that powerlines represent a grave and serious fire threat to the safety of California and San Diego citizens is another powerful argument against SDG&E's overpriced and unnecessary Rainbow Transmission Project.
