One of the services that makes UCAN unique is that our Fraud Squad complaint unit helps resolve individual consumer complaints. UCAN has been successfully helping San Diego and all California consumers since 1983.
The Fraud Squad assists San Diego consumers with water issues with the San Diego Public Utilities Department (SPUD), and electricity and gas issues with San Diego Gas & Electric (SDG&E). The Fraud Squad assists San Diego and California consumers with telecommunications issues, including cable television, internet, satellite television, and telephone service.
