You love your dog, right?
Well, if you ever travel with your dog you may want to research the various airlines that provide such service. And, if you plan to fly Delta, be careful! Why? Because Delta just paid $2,800 to a dog owner for losing his dog.
Delta was supposed to load a new dog on the same plane that his owner boarded. Only problem, the dog didn't land with plane because the dog never boarded! Delta employees told the stressed out dog owner that the dog had "escaped" and the best they could do is refund his $200.00 pet transportation fee, but only as a "credit" for future Delta travel. However, once the public became aware of the news story, Delta coughed up $2,800 to compensate the traveler for losing his dog.
