  • KPBS San Diego: UCAN has filed a motion against San Diego Gas and Electric (SDG&E), a subsidiary of Sempra Utilities, for unlawfully failing to disclose documents that include a major cost-cutting plan. It is not known how the previously undisclosed plan will affect SDG&E's proposed $1.5 billion rate increase. Listen here.
