
Charles Langley joined UCAN in 1996. He publishes the UCAN Watchdog, and started the UCAN Gasoline Project, the first public gasoline price tracking service in the U.S.A. He has been profiled in the San Diego Business Journal, and the San Diego Union Tribune.
